SoHo's Broadway – NYC: A Proposed Business Improvement District

Since its inception in 2008, the proposed BID plan for SoHo's Broadway has accomplished many steps. The BID Planning Timeline presents the work tasks associated with the BID planning process under the guidance of NYC Small Business Services. The BID Legislative Approval Timeline is currently underway.

On November 20, 2012, the Finance Committee of the NYC City Council held an oversight public hearing on the BID proposal for SoHo's Broadway. Thanks to all who attended and participated in having their voice heard.

On February 27, 2013, the Finance Committee of the NYC Council set the date for the legislative hearing for the BID proposal.

The legislative public hearing will take place on March 13, 2013 at 10AM - City Hall - 2nd Flr Council Room. Mailings to property owners and tenants have been sent.
